Our home is almost 80 years old and needed a lot of updating. We initially hired a different electrician but we had problem after problem. I was referred to Knoles Electric by a friend, so I contacted them and Cameron came out the very next day. He knew I was already frustrated and we were behind schedule, so he moved things around and put me on the schedule right away. Cameron re-wired the entire downstairs, installed some fans including this huge one, added around 25 lights to our home, and replaced all the outlets. He cares about the work he does, and we'll definitely use him again. Thank you!

Elijah did an excellent job. He inspected a cramped attic for chewed wire – a very difficult task. He also inspected the breaker box. I feel much better about the incident after his inspection

Knoles Electric is a wonderful company. I was able to get in touch on a Holiday by phone. I sent him a pic of my damaged electric box and he solved the problem without coming out. I have found an electrician for the future. I highly recommend him.

Elijah got us hooked up with the hwn electric and we have electric again after two days without power. We have Sunrun for solar, and they provided no help. I’m going to see how the bill is with echo, and then figure out what to do with solar. Neither Hawaiian electric nor Sunrun were any help. Eliza was wonderful.

Found Knoles electric on Yelp, scheduled them to change 6 of my dated outlets & covers along with one light switch. We initially booked the job for a Saturday morning and had an unfortunate hiccup with keys which was my fault; my renovation contractors had the only set with all required keys and they had to reschedule me last minute, but they were incredibly understanding and kind given the situation! Elijah was the electrician who came out for the rescheduled appointment and he was truly amazing! Arrived exactly on time & was prepared with all of the necessary tools & parts! He was thorough, efficient and fun to chat with throughout the job! He also made sure to vacuum up afterwards despite renovation mess, but this just proves the attention to detail he provided! Can't recommend him, or this company enough!! Mahalo, Elijah!!

Tonight, on New Year’s Eve, our power went out while cooking a special dinner for our families. Called Hawaiian Electric to report the outage and their recoding said power outages in Kailua and we live in Kailua. The funny thing is that all our neighbors had their power on. We thought that we would be without power until Friday morning (Hawaiian Electric Business hours). I frantically started looking on Yelp to see if, by chance, I could find an Electrician/Company who would be able to do an emergency call. After calling numerous numbers and only getting voicemails I was ready to give up and tried one last number. To my surprise, Cameron personally answered my call and said his crew wouldn’t be able to respond this evening because they were all at New Year’s Parties. Cameron was very concerned for me and my family and our situation. He asked me to explain what happened. He told me not to panic and thought that he knew the problem and that he might be able to help me over the phone. He told me what to do step by step while he stood by on the phone. Miraculously I was able to get the power back on and complete our New Year’s family dinner. We owe a ton of gratitude to Cameron for being there for us in a time of crisis… a “God Send”! He definitely deserves more than Five Stars! Will recommend Cameron and Knowles Electric.

Elijah replaced our entire circuit breaker box and potentially saved an electrical fire in our home. Things were bad, and I am so thankful he was skilled and knowledgeable. I’m someone who asks a lot of questions and likes things thoroughly explained to me and he was very patient, communicative, and professional. It was very refreshing! 10/10

Elijah was fantastic and a true professional! We just purchased a condo for my mom and needed the electric box updated and a 240V outlet added to power her new AC. Elijah went over all the different options for running the AC’s power line and did a fantastic job navigating quite a bit of distance between the AC and the electric box. We are so grateful for his attention to detail and the care and consideration he took in doing this important work to make sure the electric box is safe for my mom’s new home. Thank you Elijah!

I recently had some solar panels removed to fix the roof by Knoles Electric, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Elijah did an excellent job on removing the panels and resealed the holding foot brackets. He came on time with courteous and provided professional service. The excellent job performant definitely reflects the company's core value as a "Trusted" company.
